Kate Crosby

Kate comes to Crossroads with diverse experience in the real estate industry working in real estate finance, adaptive space use services, and architecture and design.

Before joining Crossroads, Kate worked as an Assistant Vice President at Columbia National Real Estate Finance, LLC (CNREF) specializing in the underwriting and valuation of commercial real estate for debt and equity placement. Kate also worked in an advisory capacity at verdeHOUSE, LLC, a temporary space broker, where she helped the start-up develop strategies for internal operations, real estate market data management, product pricing, and general market penetration.

Prior to joining CNREF, Kate worked in the science and technology department of Perkins + Will, a global architecture and planning firm, where she developed innovative programing for cutting edge research laboratories.

Kate has a BA in architecture from University of Pennsylvania, and will graduate with an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2013.
