Crossroads was formed in 2008 following the 18-year career of founder and CEO Bonnie Stone Sellers as a partner and global head of real estate at McKinsey & Company.

Crossroads provides strategic and transactional real estate consulting services as well as workshops to build client skills in various aspects of real estate transactions and strategy development.
